You continue to cross Beaudesert Road which becomes Riawena Road, follow this until you come up to the intersection for Orange Grove Road, turn right follow this road until you come up to the third street on your right which will be Musgrave Road. Follow the road approximately 600m where you will find Elite Container Storage on the right hand side at number 236.
